Online Scheduling for Current Students
To Schedule In Person Tutoring
For in-person tutoring, the first step is to email [email protected] or text (925) 247-8445.
We will discuss the situation and needs to see if I will be a good match with the student. I often schedule one or two preliminary sessions to see if the student and I are a good “fit”, before scheduling ongoing tutoring sessions.
In order to book a tutoring appointment online, I will need to set up registration for students using an email address.
Once the online scheduling account is set up, the student or parent/guardian will be able to begin scheduling. The link below will bring up a window to set up an account using an email and a password of your choice. With that account, the student or parent/guardian will be able to set up, cancel, and reschedule appointments. However, scheduling recurring appointments is not available.
The account holder will receive reminder emails about appointments.

For remote online tutoring, the same registration process is used as described above.
For new students, please email [email protected] or text (925) 247-8445 to set up an initial session. After that initial session, tutoring appointments may be scheduled online and you will receive an email with instructions for the online tutoring procedure. When scheduling online tutoring sessions using the link below, click on the option “Online Remote Tutoring”.
Remote online tutoring happens via an interactive whiteboard used by both myself and the student.
